Hi! I’m Sarah, an Intuitive Empowerment Coach, Energy Healer, and Facilitator. I guide my clients through energetic shifts to help them let go of what no longer serves them and help them create the life they truly desire.

Through energetic clearings and belief work, I help individuals release the subconscious limiting beliefs, blocks, patterns, programs, triggers, stories, traumas, and emotional responses that keep them stuck.
